Payment

All orders must be paid for in full before any goods will be shipped. 

All credit/debit card details are encrypted using a secure ordering system. 

Halo Sleepers do not share any information (personal or financial) with any third party. 

All customers have the option to pay by Bank Transfer, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Shopify Pay and Google Pay.

Australian Buyers

All orders shipped within Australia are sent with Australia Post by Express Post with signature required, at a rate of AU$15.99.

International Buyers

Temporary suspension of postal services to the US

As a result of the recently introduced changes to the import tariff requirements set out in US Executive Order 14324, Our National Postal Service, Australia Post, has joined a number of international postal operators to temporarily suspend partial postal services to the United States (US) and Puerto Rico, effective immediately until further notice. 

We hope to be sending orders to our US customers again soon!

We currently ship to NZ, UK, The Netherlands, & Canada

International orders will be sent with Australia Post International Express Post or DHL Express.

All import duties and taxes will be paid by the customer as the parcel clears customs.
Freight charges are worked out based on the weight and value of the order. See Below for prices.
